Mission Statement
Providence Baptist Church of San Francisco seeks to fulfill the "Great Commission" as stated in Matthew 28:19-20, leading unbelievers to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and making them His disciples. Providence demonstrates the love of God by meeting the physical and spiritual needs of others, resting on His promise that the Lord is with us.

Our Pastor's Vision
The emphasis of the ministry of Providence Baptist Church of San Francisco for the next few years will be in three areas:

1. Spiritual and Social growth for all people
2. Renewed focus of the Paul/Timothy Ministry
3. Exploring the idea of churches merging with Providence.

Executing The Plans

      1.  Leaders must know and obey God's word.
      2.  Leaders must develop a greater awareness of the problems facing our people today.
      3.  All leaders must be willing to share their knowledge and encourage
           new leaders.
      4.  Pray and ask God to guide us as we explore opportunities to have
           other churches merge with us for more effective ministry.

Expectation of Results
Spiritual Maturity: We will help people grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. Accountability is the key. We must develop ways to monitor our progress.

Spiritual Multiplication: One by one, increase the number of Christian Disciples who worship God and serve others regularly.
